WEDDING & PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Definitions
"The Photographer"  meaning Nauna Guttenbeil, of  "The Client" meaning any person, body of persons, firm, or Company with whom the Photographer enters into a sale of goods or provision of services by the Photographer. 

 

Covid update for all bookings:

Terms and conditions apply as per the terms and conditions stated. The cancellation fee applies during Covid as we need to cover our losses for holding your date.

Booking Fee Retainer


A 30% retainer secures the time and services of the Photographer for weddings and any other photoshoots. A retainer of 30% is required to confirm the booking and goes towards your final payment. All retainers are non-refundable or transferable towards any other services in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. All cancellations must be in writing in any form via message text, Facebook messages, emails, or any other form.

 

All bookings require a 30% non-refundable retainer of the total sum for services. When "The Client" has paid a retainer it is confirmation that "The Client" has acknowledged that 'The Client' has read, understood, and accept the above terms and conditions.

 

Payments

All wedding services require a non-refundable 30% retainer from 'The Client'. All balances must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. 

All cancellation terms apply. 

No photographs will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.

 

Display


Nauna Photography may display any photographs included in the contract on any Nauna website, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising, or slide shows.

 

Images

 

Copyright
All images created by the Photographer is owned by the Photographer. 

All original negatives, transparencies, and digital files created by the Photographer remain the property of the Photographer.

It is 'The Client' responsibility to safely download all of their images safely. The Photographer is not liable or responsible for The Client images once delivered to The Client.

 

License


The Photographer shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used.

The Photographers judgment regarding the locations/poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.

 

Force or Act of God


The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.

 

Cancellation

 

a) All bookings are only confirmed when a non-refundable 30% retainer of the total sum has been paid.


b) A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due (4 weeks) prior to the time of service/wedding date.

 

c) The Photographer from Nauna Photography reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we have not received final payment (cleared funds) 1 month prior to your wedding date/booking date.

 

d) Any wedding photography services and portrait services canceled any time after the halfway period from the date when retainer was paid till the wedding date or booking date will forfeit 50% of total sum except if canceled 1 month (4 weeks) prior to the wedding date/booking.

'The Client' will forfeit 100% cancellation fee of the total sum.

 

e) Any reservation canceled 1 month prior to commencement of service will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 

F) Full Payment Cancellation conditions

Any payments paid in full will be subject to all our cancellation terms and conditions. 

 

 

Nauna Photography terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 

 

All booking fees and deposits paid are confirmation the 'The Client' has acknowledged that 'The Client' has read, understood, and accept the above terms and conditions.

 

It is 'The Client' sole responsibility to read and understand and accept all of 'The Photographer' Terms and Conditions.
